Dialogue Script

Neil: All right, everyone. Let’s get started. We need to go over the launch plan before Friday.

Jave: Sounds good. There’s one issue I’d like to bring up first.

Neil: Sure. What is it?

Jave: The marketing team wants to move the campaign forward, but the website still isn’t completely ready.

Neil: That could be a problem. What do you suggest?

Jave: I think we should push the launch back a few days.

Neil: I see your point, but I’m not sure the client will agree.

Jave: True. Another option is to launch on Friday and finish the smaller updates afterward.

Neil: That might work. What does everyone else think?

Jave: Personally, I’d rather avoid launching something that isn’t ready.

Neil: Fair enough. Let’s weigh the options.

Jave: If we delay, we get more time to test everything. The downside is that the client may not be happy.

Neil: And if we launch Friday, we stay on schedule, but there’s more risk.

Jave: Exactly.

Neil: What if we ask the client for one extra day?

Jave: I could go along with that. Saturday would give the team enough time to finish testing.

Neil: Great. So are we all on the same page?

Jave: Yes. We ask for one extra day and finish the final checks before launch.

Neil: Perfect. Let’s move forward with that.

Jave: Who’s contacting the client?

Neil: I’ll take care of that. Can you follow up with the website team?

Jave: Absolutely.

Neil: Great. Let’s make those our action items.

Jave: Got it.

Neil: Anything else before we wrap up?

Jave: Nothing from me.

Neil: All right. Thanks, everyone.
